Buyer Responsible for Shipping Policy
All vehicles purchased through our store/auction are the responsibility of the buyer once the sale is completed.
Key Points:
Shipping & Transport: Buyers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for transportation of purchased vehicles. We do not provide shipping services.
Pickup: Vehicles must be picked up within the timeframe specified after the sale. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or additional penalties.
Risk of Loss: Once the vehicle leaves our premises, all risk of loss, damage, or liability transfers to the buyer.
Shipping Costs: Any shipping, handling, or transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the buyer.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Once a bid is placed and accepted, or a purchase is completed, the transaction is considered legally binding and non-reversible.
Auction Sales

Chargebacks & Disputes
Any attempt to reverse payment (chargebacks or disputes) will be considered a violation of this agreement.
